Mash Media is the UK's leading B2B Publishing Company for the exhibition and conference industries.  We are continuing to grow our business and expand the markets we serve.  Having moved to new offices in Central Wimbledon, we are looking to recruit the next batch of aspiring sales professionals to join our sales academy.

The academy was set up in early 2011 to recruit, train and develop the media sales professionals of tomorrow.  This is a highly intensive training platform that will help you launch your media sales career.  Training is on the job and off the job and will equip you with all the tools you need to become the sales professional / manager of tomorrow.  The aim of the academy is to drive well trained execs into the other portfolios of our business.

For the right person this opportunity will offer you a good basic salary with a clear path to a higher salary, a commission structure based on what you sell individually, full training, development and the opportunity to progress through the business.

Media sales is not for the faint hearted as it is a tough role, but extremely challenging and rewarding.

Mash Media is a young, social company that works and plays hard.

No sales experience is necessary, but will be considered helpful.  What is more important is that you are able to demonstrate the key raw materials that a salesperson needs to succeed.
