Careers With RedRed Recruitment is currently looking for a junior consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience of the events industry with a desire to start a career in recruitment sales. Our consultants are responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including developing new clients, contacting and interviewing candidates, posting job adverts and managing candidate pipelines. The core skill set we are after is an ambition to develop oneself, a strong sales ability and the willingness to give 110% every day as there is a direct correlation between the effort one puts in to recruitment and the results one gets.
